You can use Visa/MasterCard/PayPal/PayPlug credit or prepaid cards. The information on this service by any method occurs through protected and certified sites and no personal data or card numbers are transmitted to us sellers.

 PAYMENTS

Payment of the price of the Products and the related shipping costs must be made by the Customer using one of the methods provided on the Site:

credit cards, prepaid postal and bank cards, bank transfer or advance postal transfer, cash on delivery or in cash.

 

PAYPAL

No commission costs are expected using the Paypal circuit, the order status will be "Payment Accepted"

 

ADVANCE BANK/POSTAL TRANSFER

The customer is allowed to make payment by advance bank transfer through their bank or post office. The order processing procedure will be started once the amount of the entire order has been credited to the current account in the name of Formula sas

The reason for the transfer must include: The date and number of the order - Name and surname of the payer. Upon confirming the order, the customer will receive an email with all the details for making the bank transfer.

 

CREDIT CARD

The credit card payment transaction is carried out on protected circuits. The financial information (card number, expiry date, name, etc.) will be automatically forwarded via encrypted protocol to PayPal or Banca PayPlug, without Formula sas or third parties being able to have access to it in any way.

The administration may request an identity document to verify the correct name of the credit card.

Furthermore, this information will never be reused except to issue any refunds for returns, in the cases provided for in the Right of Withdrawal, with automatic procedures for which no data will be exposed or known to us.

PAYPALo Banca PayPlug will be able to block payments received from  suspicious credit cards , therefore you will have to wait for approval from Paypal before processing the order.

 

MARK ON DELIVERY

The amount of €4.00 is due until the amount of €200.00 is reached, 2% will be calculated on top of this amount as a service offered for payment to be made directly on delivery  exclusively in cash.  The service consists of delivering the package to the customer, on this occasion the courier collects the amount due, and by bank transfer they credit these sums to Formula sas. 

Cash on delivery orders are not permitted for orders over €999.00 and bank checks or bank drafts are not permitted.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Our IT system automatically manages availability.

The updating of availability with the realignment of the warehouse occurs every 24 hours, therefore, in unlikely circumstances, problems may arise related to the online display of availability. If the ordered goods are not available, they will be shipped at a later time at our expense or if the product is not available, the customer may request an exchange for another similar product or a refund of the sums of the product not received. In case of failure to contact the buyer, we will refund the missing products or the total order.
